Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@hairharbor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received. Hair Harbor is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at returns@hairharbor.com to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and downloadable software.
